Your friendly EdTech team has been busy working with you to help you prepare for possible winter weather virtual days. It is very important as we move closer to possible weather related school closure that you are prepared for virtual learning days.

A few important reminders:
- Zoom meeting limit is 40 minutes.
- If you need more time (office hours) you simply start the same meeting again.
- No need to create multiple meetings/links – just reuse the same link.

- Secondary PDF packets can be downloaded to Chromebooks and Dell laptops in case internet is not available for students at home.
- PDFs will open in Edge without internet connection (do not need Adobe Reader).

- Elementary PreK-4th - Device Checkout Expectations: We recommend sending this home to parents and have them sign and return prior to sending home devices in preparation for virtual days.
